Job Overview

Located in Stockholm, the Market Development Representative associate is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Sales departments through lead generation. This includes qualification of all inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events and mail campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation goals set by sales and marketing
  • Proactively call into strategic accounts on targeted lists
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads in our CRM (salesforce)
  • Profile contacts and account information into our CRM
  • Frequent leads follow-up with sales team to keep control of the sales funnel
  • Actively participate in Marketing campaigns creations to establish the proper lead flow and qualifying process
  • Generate opportunities by determining the requirements/pains of prospects
  • Effectively communicate company value propositions to key decision makers
  • Build extensive knowledge on all company and competitor’s solutions offerings
  • Actively participate in telemarketing agencies coordination, enablement and performance
  • Undertake any additional actions to support sales and marketing lead generation

Qualifications

Education, Experience & Training required:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in market development or inside sales role
  • Track record of consistent results, tenure and success in the software industry
  • Associates or bachelor degree in sales or marketing
  • Experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo), content and calendar management tools, analytics and campaign tracking tools (Tableau)
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Danish
