As a Business Consultant, you will be the architect of the implementation of our client’s best of breed source-to-pay and contract management solution for its customers. During the project phase, you will closely work with the implementation manager and/or technical consultant, along with product teams, R&D and internal quality.

In some cases, you may be part of a team involving an integrated partner. The success and smooth collaboration of the team depend on your ability to work within a group and your ability to coordinate efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and define customer needs
  • Recommend and advise when defining and adapting business processes consistent with the implementation of the solution
  • Provide support during project development phases, as well as test and operational implementation stages
  • Facilitate working groups and provide support to the various teams involved in the project
  • Provide professional expertise on projects he/she is associated with
  • Piloting the implementation of the solution by the client team
  • Assist the client team in the implementation of the solution (data loading, functional support)
  • Control the quality of documentary deliverables and software
  • Additional assignments
  • Participate in the development of commercial proposals and the phase of pre-sales
  • Participate in continuous improvement

  • Supply and account for all the information needed to monitor the activity by Implementation Manager
  • Ensure technology functions capably
  • Intervening on customer site in contact with all decision-making levels (workshop, Assistance, etc)
  • Conduct regular progress points to allow control of the advancement
  • Write contractual deliverables
  • Implement audit, conduct studies and related advice to functional problems related to their field of expertise
  • Consulting to allow optimization of the use of the tool in the client context
  • Client technical support
  • Writing specifications

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Methods and tools for design and development associated with the
    technical project management
  • Knowledge of technical architecture (hardware, databases, system and network)
  • Knowledge Purchase to Pay, e-procurement, accounting, purchase
  • Good English, written and spoken
