Our client is a global leader in P2P (Procure to Pay) SaaS solutions in the Hospitality and Food and Beverage sectors with a proven track record of driving transformational outcomes for their clients. They are currently rapidly expanding on a global scale supporting clients in over 100 countries and have over 400,000 suppliers transacting through their systems

They are looking for a world class SaaS Senior Program or Project management person who can lead a team of 10-15 Project Managers to deliver large-scale, complex programs that marry people and processes with technology to help our customers achieve outcomes that exceed their industry peers.

They dominate the US market and are the leading player in the sector globally. This is a mainly remote role so you can be based anywhere in the US with some occasional travel to client sites.

You?

They need a highly motivated individual who is looking for a highly visible role with significant room for career growth.

As well as strong Programme or Project management experience (ideally some implementation knowledge) in a team leadership role it is critical you have a good understanding of at least one of the following:

  • Strong Procurement knowledge (ideally P2P systems)

or

  • Hospitality sector experience (Hotels, Restaurants, Casinos)

The team’s focus is on implementation, communication and change not IT systems Development.

Effectively the VP is looking for a strong No.2 to manage and lead the team but also making sure the processes and standards for the PMO organisation are enacted. Someone who gets the team working efficiently and effectively. So experience in setting up a PM team will be useful. Project & process management is key.

The Team’s  ultimate objective is to ensure major customer installations and projects are delivered. You will work closely with project sponsors and cross functional teams across their global client base and as such  you’ll be coordinating activities across time zones and locations.

You will ensure your team keeps their stakeholders happy by driving progress against plans and deadlines, all while holding yourself and your partners accountable to meeting forecasts and KPI’s.

Ideally you will have a recognised Project Management qualification.

Whilst you can be based anywhere in the US, an East Coast (EST time zone) location is preferred.
