Our client is a global leader in P2P (Procure to Pay) SaaS solutions in the Hospitality and Food and Beverage sectors with a proven track record of driving transformational outcomes for their clients. They are currently rapidly expanding on a global scale supporting clients in over 100 countries and have over 400,000 suppliers transacting through their systems

They are looking for a world class SaaS project management professional who can deliver large-scale, complex programs that marry people and processes with technology to help our customers achieve outcomes that exceed their industry peers.

You?

They need highly motivated Project Managers who relish a highly visible role with significant room for career growth

You’ll lead projects from start to finish. Working with stakeholders to document requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and our enterprise customer accounts.

While your end customers will be based in the US, you’ll be coordinating activities across offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It will be your job to track and coordinate all the stakeholders’ activities, keep the team up to date on all deliverables, drive progress against plans and deadlines, all while holding yourself and your partners accountable to meeting forecasts and KPI’s.

Requirements:

  • You will have a clear track record of delivering complex SaaS projects ideally in a Procurement or hospitality context or alternatively AP, Finance or Logistics
  • Ideally knowledges of the hospitality of Food & Beverage sector and some experience of Casino’s a major plus
  • You’ll be energetic, entrepreneurial, and eager to advance your career
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in Project Management, experience deploying P2P or PaaS a plus but not critical.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptionally well-organized and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership
  • Professionalism in addressing high-profile challenges under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both with executive-level and operational-level staff.
  • Team player who thrives in a cross-functional collaborative environment with the ability to earn the respect of colleagues across multiple geographies, nationalities, and time zones.
  • Project management certification preferred.

This is a remote position and whilst it can be based anywhere in the US the ideal candidate will be based in Las Vegas.
