UK Project Manager – Procure to Pay

£55,000 - £75,000

Our client is a global leader in P2P (Procure to Pay) SaaS solutions in the Hospitality and Food and Beverage sectors with a proven track record of driving transformational outcomes for their clients. They are currently rapidly expanding on a global scale supporting clients in over 100 countries and have over 400,000 suppliers transacting through their systems.

They are looking for world class Project management professionals who can deliver large-scale, complex programs that marry people and processes with SaaS technology solutions to help their customers achieve outcomes that exceed their industry peers.

They dominate the sector globally and are expanding their EMEA team. These are mainly remote roles so you can be based anywhere in the UK as long as you are comfortable with some occasional travel to client sites. 

The culture is fast flowing and fluid and you will be dealing with stakeholders up to VP level in Procurement, Finance, Operations Teams and IT.

You will need at least 2 of the following attributes to be considered – the third can be trained.

  • Strong Project management experience (ideally some implementation knowledge)
  • Strong Procurement knowledge (ideally P2P systems)
  • Hospitality sector experience

Project Managers lead individual projects from start to finish. Working with stakeholders to document requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and our enterprise customer accounts. These are change management projects rather than technical IT  and work with the user community to look at challenges, training, communication, user adoption etc.

You’ll be coordinating activities across offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It will be your job to track and coordinate all the stakeholders’ activities, keep the team up to date on all deliverables, drive progress against plans and deadlines, all while holding yourself and your partners accountable to meeting forecasts and KPI’s.
